2. Organizer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information about your events.
• You are responsible for the fulfillment of the event as described on the platform.
• You must honor all tickets sold through FlashTix.
• You agree to our refund policy and will process refunds for cancelled or significantly altered events.

3. Payments and Fees

FlashTix charges a service fee on all ticket sales. Payouts will be processed according to our standard payout schedule after the successful completion of your event.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not create events that promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or any content that violates our community guidelines.

5. Termination

FlashTix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your organizer account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
